Spread two thirds of chocolate fudge frosting onto cake. While cake is baking make the icing. Stir in 1 1 4 teaspoons vanilla. Add the milk vanilla and powdered sugar.
Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with nonstick baking spray with flour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drizzle with remaining frosting. Add chocolate mixture buttermilk baking soda vinegar vanilla and eggs to flour mixture beating at medium speed with a mixer until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. In a measuring cup measure out 1 2 cup of buttermilk. Stir in powdered sugar alternating with evaporated milk blending well. Add cocoa stir to combine then turn off heat.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sprinkle with marshmallows and peanuts. Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. 18 x 13 x 1 with butter flavored non stick spray or spray a 9 x 13 inch pan for a regular cake. For a sheet cake spray a jellyroll pan a half sheet sheet cake pan approx. Serve warm over savannah chocolate cake or your favorite sheet cake.
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes.
